Description
The High Frequency Copper Wire Preheater adopts the principle of induction heating and is suitable for online annealing and preheating of various metal conductors. In the extrusion production line, the adhesion between the surface and the conductor can be significantly improved. During the preheating process, a temperature greater than 100 ° C causes the water vapor on the conductor to dry out, activating and softening the molecular structure of the object, and significantly improving the quality of external surface smoothness, bubbles, and attachment structures.
