High speed winding machine is mainly used for cable winding after extrusion, this machine comes with automatic tying function, which can improve the working efficiency.
The Use of the Machine
1. It saves labor, the whole section is automated into the roll, including cylinder feeding, automatic products into the roll tie, labeling, sealing and cutting heat shrinkage.

Description of Process Characteristics
1. It can be supplied by the pay-off machine or directly connected to the extruder.
2. The output of coils of wire is about 5 times that of manual coiling (200M long coils of wire as a column).
3. After winding, it can be sent out automatically.
4. This machine adopts servo motor arrangement system, which makes the coil neat and beautiful. Touch screen type man-machine interface operation panel, can store 99 kinds of different wire coil specifications, change specifications only need to read the stored data can be produced.
5. This machine has automatic error detection function, leaving the frequency spark machine contact point for BV wire spark detection, automatic spark breakdown point or manual labeling to continue into the loop function. (I.F. spark machine is provided by the customer)
It also has a diameter measuring instrument contact: when the diameter is not up to standard, it can automatically exclude the waste line or continue to circle after manual labeling function. (Diameter measuring instrument is provided by the customer)
6. The whole set of machine realizes automatic roll change.
