1. Cantilevered Shaftless Clamping Structure
Features dual vertical lifting stands with cone-style clamping at both ends, eliminating the need for a central shaft. Electric lead-screw lifting enables rapid loading and unloading of wooden or steel reels or PN spool; a single operator can handle reel changes, significantly reducing downtime.
2. Independent VFD Control Cabinet
External vertical control console integrating the variable frequency drive (VFD), start/stop controls, length counting, emergency stop, speed adjustment, and alarm functions.
3. Electric Lifting Drive
Left and right columns are each equipped with an independent lifting motor and cycloidal reducer, ensuring smooth lead-screw lifting and stable load-bearing. Orange handheld control pendants on both sides allow for local inching (jog) control of the lifting mechanism.
