Features:

  1. It can be supplied by the pay-off machine or directly connected with the withdrawer.
  2. After winding, it will be fed into the film winding machine by the arms to wrap and label the wire coil automatically.

★ air source: compressed air pressure is 4 — 6kg/cm.

★ Reel size:
Outer diameter 250 mm – 600 mm Φ Φ, height 80-180 mm;
The inner diameter of the coil shall depend on the specification of the pan head and shall be: 180 — 250mm (fixed size). The customer shall choose one of them. Dimensions outside the range shall be specially designed for our sole discretion.
★ Finished wire delivery method: wire holding type.
★ Ruler unit: meter unit 0.01M, automatic deceleration forecast to the meter from the wobble plate process.
Line arrangement device: servo motor line arrangement, synchronous with the host of the rocking plate.

4. Details of mechanical structure:

★ Rice Recording Part:
One upper and one lower meter wheel calculates the line length with a precision Encoder up to a centimeter. The meter counting wheel is made of aluminum alloy, the upper wheel is sprayed with ceramic hardening treatment, and the lower wheel is covered with superior adhesive. No damage to the line—installing a one-way bearing to prevent the cable from pumping.

Rocking head: A pneumatic propeller automatically controls horizontal windings to open and close.
When the set wire length is finished winding, it will automatically stop winding. At this time, the pan head will shrink vertically and rise. It will not clip the wire head nor stick the wire coil to be easy to demodulate.
★ Wiring system:
This system is entirely controlled by a computer, driven by a servo motor, driven by a ball guide screw, and received by the precision decoder operation signal of the primary engine so that the servo motor and the direct motor can run synchronously, the wiring motion is more coordinated, and the winding is more beautiful.
Taken the knife:
The door-type cutter will automatically cut when the length of the set thread is wound. The double blade is made of SDK-11 special steel and goes through vacuum heat treatment to make its hardness higher and make it live longer.
★ Arm-Crossing Transfer Agency:
After the cable winding is completed, the wire holding mechanism will hold the wire coil tightly and automatically transfer it to the envelope device for winding and packaging, realizing the automatic completion of the winding, labeling, and encompass process. When there is a waste wire, manual intervention can be used to remove the wire directly and realize the non-stop winding.
★ Control Panel:
The man-machine interface control system makes direct contact control by the screen more convenient.
The central computer control system can control the winding speed, coil length, warning system, wire speed adjustment, indicator light, emergency stop, reset, etc.
When the machine is in operation, it can still change the line length, line diameter, and line speed data to avoid the inconvenience of stopping and adjusting. It can also cut the line speed and distance on the screen and the action of the whole machine.

5. Detailed specifications of envelop machine performance:

The maximum quality of packaged wire coil: is 45 kg.
I use PVC/PE/PP film size: 0.05mm — 0.07mm X width 40mm — 85mm. ★ Film roll loading method: pneumatic clamping.
Use PVC/PE film for winding and packing at high speed.
★ The use of a holding wire arm type, driven by an AC motor, the rotation of the winding line
smooth.
★ Adjust the arm’s size using manual adjustment, which is fast and convenient.

6. Envelop mechanical composition:

U C ring:
The C-ring is driven by the time gauge belt and the plastic steel gear, so the C-ring does not slip during operation, and the packaging is stable with little noise. Type C ring is made of special steel, the inner and outer roller supporting Type C ring is covered with superior glue, type C ring is not easy to wear out, the operation keeps the true circle with long service life and is equipped with overload protection, the motor is not easy to burn out.
Taken the knife:
A pneumatic cutter system is adopted to cut off the length of the rigid packaging material automatically after the winding is finished. The cutter body can be serrated or scissor-shaped (according to different packaging material needs/replacements). The knife face is sharp, and the cutting tape is clean and can be cut into PVC, PP, PE film, and other packaging materials.

Taken the grip:
After the package is sent to the fixed point, it will be automatically entrapped and pulled. After being wound for 2 turns, the gripper will automatically fall back. When the gripper is incorporated into the set starting number (1–2 turns), it will automatically put it on the tape without any manual action and with high safety.
★ Belt device:
Pneumatic belt feeding device, free locking screw, quick change of belt, easy to install.
★ Automatic label-sending Agency:
Adopt whole stack label discharge type, each pack one line reel, automatically absorb a label to send, do not need manual work ultimately, convenient and safe, and save time, increase output.
★ Drive motor:
Type C ring: 2.2KW Siemens motor.(Rotary packing)
Holding arm: 1HP X4PAC motor +1/20 reducer.
After completing the envelope, the coil will be automatically pushed into the chute and the collection box.
★ The use of a holding wire arm type, driven by an AC motor, the rotation of the winding line smooth.
★ Adjust the arm’s size using manual adjustment, which is fast and convenient.
